WORK PLACE VIOLENCE AND ASSAULT PREVENTION

Approximately two million American workers are victims of workplace violence each year. Any violent act, ranging from threats and verbal abuse to physical assaults, that occurs in the workplace or while conducting business off-site is considered workplace violence. Workplace violence continues to be one of the leading causes of on-the-job fatalities.

In the most extreme scenario, homicide is the third-leading cause of fatal occupational injury in the United States. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics Census of Fatal Occupational Injuries (CFOI), in recent years, 20 percent of all public schools experienced one or more serious violent crimes such as rape, sexual assault, robbery, and aggravated assault. (Indicators of School Crime and Safety: 2003, U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Justice, 2003).

TERRORISM/ANTI-TERRORISM TRAINING

To give the individual a working knowledge of terrorist groups, terrorist training, history, hijackings, assassinations, kidnappings, hostage seeking and bombings.

Classes inform the individual and/or the organization how to recognize terrorist activity, terrorist gathering techniques and what measures will aide in decreasing terrorist activity. Weapons of Mass Destruction, Tactical Bus/Vehicle Assault and Hostage Rescue will be emphasized. 

Understanding terrorism relating to sociology and psychology, increase the knowledge base reference to domestic and international terrorism, methods utilized by terrorist groups and individual and counter measure techniques. The course will provide classroom and outside, live scenario based instruction, inclusive of personal pertective equipment.

DISARMING THE ACTIVE SHOOTER

This course is geared toward disarming the active shooter. Upon completion of the course the student will have a working knowledge of preparing mentally for the task at hand, the mind set to survive and the knowledge base to disarm, apprehend or shoot to stop the active shooter, quickly, swiftly with the intent to suffer no loss of life. The class will be based on classroom teaching and scenario based situations.

Active Shooter Awareness for School Officials/Supervisors/Corporate Executives/Hospital Administrators/Managers/Religious Leaders

This class is geared for non-law enforcement personal. This class will focus on survival mind set and techniques geared toward school administrators, supervisors, managers and corporate executives on the history and psychology behind the active shooters intentions, police/governmental response plans and needs, what organizations may expect from local/national authorities and what will be expected from the respective organizations.
Upon completion, attendee will be able to structure a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure, enact plans of execution, facilitate information to subordinates and have a better understanding of the criminal mind. The attendee will learn survival, hands on skill to facilitate a safe outcome.

INTERVIEWING THE SEXUAL PREDITOR AND THEIR VICTIM

Interviewing the sexual predator is designed to aid interviewers in the understanding of criminal sexual behavior. The course is designed for the interviewer to understand the different types of sexual paraphilias, sexual pedophiles and typologies of a sex offender.
Upon completion the interviewer will understand what sexual deviance is as well as how this deviant behavior begins. The attendee will become more familiar with interviewing the victim child. The course will also identify why individuals become involved in committing sex crimes and who is at risk of becoming a potential victim. The seminar will focus on the principles of Kinesics Interviewing and applying these practices to the sexual predator and child victim. The importance of understanding the difference between the Suspect and the Interviewer is necessary in order to conduct a proper interview. This course will enable the Interviewer to better understand the how and why individuals become involved in sexual misconduct

The course is highly physical; mentally challenging that will allow the attendee to gain a complete understanding of the mission at hand.
Course will focus on the history of SWAT, the use of firearms, room clearing techniques, shooting, reloading drills, effects of being involved in a firefight, proactive tactical operations, proper scouting techniques, principles of dynamic entries, breeching, mission briefing and execution, first responder to hostage/barricaded subjects, obstacle course, fitness, nutrition and debriefings.

Advanced course will focus on team building exercises, night training and the use of camouflage, hostage/barricade deployment and entry decision making, bus/vehicle assaults, bus entries, officer/victim rescue, manning the tactical command post, instinctual shooting, advanced fitness, firearms usage under extreme stress, nutrition, advanced obstacle course/individual and team.

SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN: SURVIVING THE ATTACK

This program was designed for the survival and self defense of women. It is a very simple program to learn and recall when under the stress of an attack or unwanted physical advance.
This program consists of awareness, prevention concepts and the survival mindset to successfully, effectively and immediately stop an attack against you or a loved one. The physical techniques taught consist of very simple and natural body movements that require very little strength or flexibility. This same program can be taken home by the attendee and taught to a child.
